Air Jordan I: “Best Hand In The Game”

Celebrating the legacy of Michael Jordan, and his incredible carrier on the NBA, Jordan Brand is dropping a set called “Best Hand In The Game”. This release honors the stunning wins of a player that figured out how to dominate a decade of basketball: Houston Rockets and Detroit Pistons managed to win one ring each, LA made it to win three times, but Michael Jordan conquered 6 trophies in just 7 seasons in Chicago.

The collection includes four different Air Jordan I Retro High OG, that feature the usual smooth leather but also Nubuck. Also significant is the detail printed on the insoles, showing different Cards and Courts drawings.

Another point that makes this release interesting is that each pair is restricted to a region of the world.  The most limited one will be the “Blue Moon” (only releasing in North America) followed by the “Clay Green” (dropping in North America also and China). Both of these colorways already released a few days ago on May 1st. The other two will be available in Europe, and other areas such as Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and countries in the Asian-Pacific region; releasing on upcoming May 9th for 150 Euro.

Fair enough, the two most impressive colorways of the collection are releasing here in Europe. The “Yellow Ochre” is set to release this Wednesday at 9 am in retailers such as Solebox and Afew Store, as well as the Nike Sneakers App.
